Jen LelandJen Leland, Center Director
Jen is a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT) and committed to breaking down silos and bringing together all those fiercely committed to creating a just and trauma-informed regional system of care. Having her own lived experiences in systems and more than 15 years in the public health field, she is humbled and driven by the promise of this vision to connect communities to compassionate systems. Francesca OsunaFrancesca Osuna, TIS Implementation and Evaluation Coordinator
Francesca is a Northern California native with Masters in Social Welfare and Public Health, who serves as the Trauma Informed Systems Training and Evaluation Coordinator. Francesca has worked at East Bay Agency for Children for three years and has experience in school-based settings with children, adolescents and families. She understands what it means to be on the frontlines of this work, and her perspective informs her approach to training and evaluation. Email

Briana Moore, Project Director-SFDPH, ASW
Ms. Moore has conducted training for over 30 years throughout the Bay Area, specifically in San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Ms. Moore has developed and presented training focused on nurturing traumatized women with wounded spirits. The training includes: Self-Care for Caregivers, Trauma Informed Systems, Medically Fragile Children 0-5. Also as a coach and mentor for Young women, Ms. Moore provides direction and guidance to assist them with staying focused on important elements in their life. Email

Matthew ReddamMatthew Reddam, Regional Policy to Practice Coordinator
Matthew is a licensed MFT based in Chico, CA, where he has a private practice and consulting business specializing in complex trauma in children and adolescents. Certified in NMT, EMDR and ARC, Matthew has provided more than 70 trainings on the effects of trauma on the developing child and advocates for underserved, high-risk youth and foster youth in Northern and Southern California. Anh Ta, Regional Practice Coordinator
Anh (pronounced “Ang”) is a licensed MFT. As a consumer provider, he does not “think outside the box” but instead has a “think as if there is no box” approach and has worked with youth communities for more than a decade. Email

James Thompson James Thompson, Regional Care Coordinator
James is an Oakland, CA, native with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. He has worked within the juvenile justice system, school system, and group home settings with youth impacted by trauma. He is passionate about serving families and underserved youth in the Bay Area. He believes everyone has unique gifts, and that we are all capable of healing. Email

Gianna Annino, Center Support Specialist
Gianna (“Gigi”) provides administrative and graphic design support to the T2 team. She is fiercely committed to the Center’s mission and goals. She is also the social media and marketing strategist for social impact. In her free time, she dabbles in food styling and photography. Email

Quandy, Therapy Dog
Meet Quandy, T2’s resident therapy dog. If you haven’t had the opportunity to meet her, she’s at our Center each Monday and Tuesday, from 9:00am -4:00pm.
